After pursuing a culinary career and attending culinary school in San Francisco, I recognized the importance of local, farm-to-table ingredients. However, I also noticed a gap in the spice supply chain, which inspired the creation of Central Valley Spice Co. My mission is to provide fresh, high-quality, and ethically sourced spices for cooks of all levels.

As I embark on this adventure to source and supply fresh spices, my goal is to forge new connections and partnerships with farmers worldwide.
